Terme Hortus Croatiae

Location analysis, program site study and conception of urban development of the project with preliminary assessment of investment project have been finished.

By entering into the ownership of Aqua Aera Terra d.o.o. (A.A.T. d.o.o.) group of companies Hosting started projecting a new tourism investment project on a very attractive location of Draškovec in Međimurska Županija in Croatia, which offers natural healing resources, abundant source of thermal water with temperature of 75 degrees Celzius, ethnologic tradition and outstandingly beautiful nature and parks. Group of companies Hosting is the initiator concept project leader of designing, planning, implementation and administration of the project that wishes to establish sustainable tourist facilities on location based on ethnologic traditions of the area and manmade attractions as well as to offer and bring the natural resources and other tourist attractions closer to the tourists and visitors from the local as well as international environments.

We are planning the construction of a thermal complex »Terme Hortus Croatiae«, designed as an ethno village with distinctly attractively settled horticultural natural park and water surfaces that will express the natural warmth, hospitality, tradition and ethnologic particularities. In the complex »Terme Hortus Croatiae« we plan a hotel 4*+ facility, ethno villas and mansion Draškovec (5*) and apartments (3+* do 4*), special health services, wellness&spa center, conference and banquette center, large water and horticultural park with a roofed tropical garden and sports and recreation facilities (including golf in II. Stage). Complete offer of the complex will provide guests with complete physical and mental relaxation, health-nursing therapies, ideal location for family happiness and escape from the stressful way of life at an extremely settled and easily accessible location.
