Hotel complex Špik

Our company developed a project of renovating and building the hotel complex Špik in Gozd Martuljek near Kranjska Gora. Stage 1 presents a partial demolition of the accommodation capacities and building 60 new rooms, including wellness, and renovating the shared spaces at the reception, restaurant, kitchen and bar. In stage 2, a building of the apartment hamlet in close proximity to the complex, where there is a camp nowadays, is planned.

An outline scheme and a preinvestment study were formed. After getting the confirmation from the investor, we formed a complete project documentation and obtained a building permit. We prepared the notice documentation for the European funds, and received funds presenting 25% of the entire investment. As a part of the investment engineering service, we carried out a notice, chose a contractor and we now manage and supervise the complete execution of the investment. The opening is expected in April 2009.
